All products without printing can be exchanged or returned. All products, made to order and have a print or an individual design, are not returnable.

*all products with a design (with printing) are products made to order individually for your chosen size and color. This product is not kept in stock and is produced in one copy. The return option for each product is listed directly on the product page on the website.

Conditions for returning goods.

You can return or exchange a product under the following conditions:

  • the product is returnable;
  • the product has not been used and has no signs of consumer use: scratches, stains, etc.;
  • complete set of goods and packaging are preserved;
  • all labels and product markings are preserved;
  • the product retains its original commercial appearance and consumer properties.

Returns or exchanges can be made within 14 days of the buyer receiving the goods.

Return delivery of the goods is at the expense of the client. In case of defective goods, the farbuj.com store pays for the return shipping.

Return procedure:

  1. It is necessary to write a request to the e-mail info.farbuj@gmail.com and provide the following data:
    • the order number;
    • contact information - first and last name, phone number, e-mail;
    • the reason for the return;
    • the IBAN account for the refund.
  2. Within 3-5 working days, you will receive a reply to the e-mail you entered with instructions on how to properly send the product to the store.
  3. After receiving the shipment in the store, the money will be returned to the IBAN account you indicated within 14 working days.
